A “Group” is just a way to organize your account. If you’re an agency, groups are probably customer names. If you’re a brand, a group might be a specific product line. The Groups tab in Humming shows all the groups in your organization, including those made during the campaign creation process. Here you can either delete or edit an existing group or create a new one. When creating a new group, enter a name, industry vertical, and a time zone.

Keep your campaigns organized within groups, and navigating Humming will be a breeze.
